What information is enough for the message?
One of the listed Arcadia postal codes, a short observation from a safe location and contact details are sufficient to submit an inquiry for possible review. Do not enter a wet room to retrieve more information; a provider, if interested, can ask about the next step.

Where do message records go?
RingRobin and Twilio process the phone route; call-notification emails and, when a message is left, a separate voicemail notification can reach the operator's Google Gmail collection inbox. Direct email reaches the same collection inbox through Namecheap forwarding. The privacy policy describes audio and text records without claiming an instant provider connection.
