What does the repairer identify as the actual route?
Ask whether the suspected discharge connection was inspected and who would correct it. If food or detergent was involved, the water category still requires professional assessment; HomeAdvisor lists overflowing appliances as possible gray-water examples, not a diagnosis of this leak.
Which surfaces appear on the restoration proposal?
Cabinet toe kicks, a finished floor and the material below may need separate evaluation. Request a list of what was observed, what remains inaccessible and the basis for drying versus replacement. A replacement appliance is not automatically part of a restoration scope.
Stay away from the affected area, do not touch electrical switches, outlets or appliances near water, and call a professional. If anyone is in danger, leave the area and call 911.
How is the price separated?
Read the cost model for published unit figures; it cannot value the failed connection. The estimate guide helps ask whether appliance repair and floor work are both included.
Calls go to voicemail, not a live provider. Messages are recorded and transcribed after the greeting. You can email us instead.
